The pug is a strong and stout dog that barely fits into the category of being a “toy breed”. In temperament the breed is described as “Multum in Parvo”, which means a lot of dog in a small space. This is a very accurate description of this spirited and fun loving breed.
A devoted and loving companion, the Pug brings the best of both worlds to rural or urban living. They are extremely playful and affectionate and tend to love everyone openly. However their devotion and companionship belongs to their master.
I’ve personally trained and worked with numerous breeds over the years and I can honestly say that the pug is breed set apart from all others. They’re an easy going dog that is simply a joy to own.
We searched far and wide to find a line of Pugs that were robust and balanced, and in 2008 we imported two fawn siblings, Angel and Dina, from Hungary. Both females earned their championships with ease and we moved-on to earn a dual championship, which both females earned by the time they were barely over a year of age.
In 2010 Giget, a black female, joined our family and shortly thereafter gave us a beautiful litter of both black and fawn pug puppies.
Both parents to this litter are also European
and we hope that they will bring some
new flavour to the already fantastic line-up
of Pugs in Canada.
